We have been enhancing the outdoor living experience of our clients since 2018 across Toronto GTA. Deckmark Outdoor Structures is the brainchild of Mr. Guner. He is an engineer with more than ten years of experience in client focused contracting and craftsmanship.

Our Unique Process
Our unique three-step process makes Deckmark Outdoor Structures better
than our competitors. We pride our teams on delivering outstanding quality
services for precious clients across the Toronto GTA.
Brainstorming
Brainstorming is the key to a successful project. We meet with our clients at
the project site and discuss options and ideas about design, functionality,
material, and time and budget constraints.
After one or more brainstorming sessions, we draft a formal proposal that
includes a digital rendering of the design and proposed materials, pricing, and
estimated start and end dates to keep the entire process transparent. Signing
the proposal kick starts the project.
Prototyping
At this point, we start with working on prototyping the structure while the client
can get homeowner’s association approval and any city permits and approvals applicable to the project. Any delay in approval from zoning or building departments may impact the project’s overall timeline.
Construction Till Project Completion
After getting all the required approvals the project begins! We encourage our
clients to ask questions during the building phase and welcome their concerns, if any. Our project managers or crew foreman are always there to assist our clients.
Upon completing the project, we invite our clients to have a final walkthrough
completed with our project manager to ensure that they review the structure
before signing off on the finished work.
